MY FIRST SOLO REMODEL
When a friend approached me about remodeling her bathroom, she told me she had always wanted a green tile shower. This conversation was the beginning of my first project done entirely alone from concept to construction. Starting with her vision, I helped her set an aesthetic style of European elegance for her Parisian style flat in Presidio Heights. The rest of the tasks flowed from this vision, allowing me to help her choose and source materials, fixtures, and finishes. I brought everything together via 3D models and renderings, allowing me to present her with options while also allowing me to create drawings and visuals for the contractor to build from. Once the vision was set, and construction started, I managed the contractor, his subs, and any questions they had.
